Rules and Regulations for Pupils and Parents
For Pupils
- In case of damage to any school property by a child, the parent/guardian shall be required to replace it.
- No child is allowed to engage in any form of violence.
- Parents/guardians of a child who causes injury to another will be responsible for all medical bills and any related expenses.
- Possession of prohibited items such as phones, radios, candles, matchboxes, cigarette lighters, knives, or any form of ammunition is strictly forbidden. Any child found with such items shall be expelled.
- No child is allowed to leave the school premises without permission. Any violation will result in suspension.
- All children must wear the correct school uniform during class hours, visitations, when going home for holidays, and upon returning to school.
- Use of obscene or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
- English shall be the official language of communication within the school.
- All medication must be handed over and kept in the school sick bay under the supervision of the school nurse.
- Attendance of all meals and classes is compulsory.
- All pupils must show respect to elders, staff, and fellow pupils at all times.
For Parents / Guardians
- All school fees must be paid through the bank.
- Children are not allowed to keep cash while at school.
- Reporting to school must be done between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- All school uniforms must be purchased from the school.
- Parents/guardians are not allowed in dormitories except at the beginning and end of the term.
- A valid visitor’s card must be presented before meeting or collecting a child.
- All children must undergo a medical check-up at the beginning of every term before returning to school.
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to dress decently when visiting the school.
